5. Prize Claiming
- You can only claim a Prize if You are the holder of an Account with a Winning Stake.
- Interactive Stake Slips cannot be used as evidence of a Stake or of the numbers selected for a Game, or used otherwise to claim a Prize, nor can a purchase confirmation made available to You (or sent to You) by 70TH PRECINCT be used under any circumstances as evidence that You are entitled to a Prize.
5. Validation Requirements
- Before a Prize can be paid on a Stake, it must be successfully validated in line with 70TH PRECINCT's reasonable validation procedures adopted from time to time. 70TH PRECINCT's decision about whether the Stake is valid will be final and binding. 70TH PRECINCT will declare a Stake invalid (and will not, therefore, pay any Prize related to that Stake) if:
- The Stake is the result of an act by You or another person that was intended to increase the chances of You or that person winning a Prize in the relevant Game above the chances enjoyed by other Players of that Game, or to increase that Prize; or
- The Stake is counterfeit, all or part of the Stake has been forged, or the Stake fails to pass 70TH PRECINCT's validation and security checks; or
- The Prize claim is not received within the relevant claim period set out in Rules 5.3 and 5.5;
- The Ticket Number for the Stake is not on 70TH PRECINCT's official list of Winning Entries, or the relevant Prize for the Winning Stake with that Ticket Number has been paid previously; or
- The details associated with the Ticket Number of a Stake do not match 70TH Precinct's official records of that Ticket Number; or
Without limiting the effect of Rule 6.1, 70TH PRECINCT may declare a Stake invalid (and will not be obliged to pay any Prize) if:
- 70TH PRECINCT reasonably believes that the person claiming the Prize is not the holder of the relevant Account or that person's duly authorised representative, or that the information provided by the person claiming the Prize is incomplete or has been altered or tampered with; or
- The Stake has not been issued or sold by 70TH PRECINCT; or
- The Ticket Number (or any other unique feature of the Stake) does not match the records on 70TH PRECINCT's Computer System for the Game that the Stake relates to;
6. Payment of Prizes
The Information below sets out how Interactive Prizes of different amounts should be claimed and will be paid.
- Prizes ranging in value from 'N100 to N100,000' - Prizes and other winnings from Games in this category will automatically be deposited into Your Mobile Money Account.

- Withhold a Prize, providing it is acting reasonably, until it is entirely satisfied that a Stake is valid and that the claim has been made in good faith;
- Withhold a Prize (or recover or seek to recover a Prize already paid) until it has carried out all appropriate checks and enquiries if in its discretion it believes, on reasonable grounds, that You (as the person claiming a Prize) are not lawfully entitled to receipt of a Prize or that a Prize has been paid to You in circumstances where 70TH PRECINCT decides in line with Rule 11.1 that the Stake is invalid or defective, or where there is any other reason for 70TH PRECINCT (acting reasonably) to question entitlement to the Prize. Any checks and enquiries will be carried out promptly by 70TH PRECINCT. You shall repay immediately on demand any Prize 70TH PRECINCT seeks to recover;
- Recover a Prize incorrectly paid into Your Account;

The right to a Prize is not transferable.
70TH PRECINCT will not be responsible or liable to any person claiming a Prize which has been paid to a person who assumed the identity of the relevant Account.
No interest will be payable on any Prize, including without limitation whilst any checks or enquiries are carried out in relation to a Winning Stake, whilst a dispute about the Stake or Prize claim is being resolved, or for the period a Prize remains unclaimed.
Any charges levied by the Mobile Operators payment gateways will be deducted from Your account.
Any applicable taxes levied by the Federal Internal Revenue Service will be deducted from Your account.
7. Draws and Winning Numbers
- 70TH PRECINCT will decide the time, frequency, date and method of the Draws for each Game.
- Each Draw will select Winning Numbers at random with the use of the Random Number Generator.

- 70TH PRECINCT will only pay a Prize based on the official results of the relevant Draw recorded and electronically recorded in 70TH PRECINCT's Computer System. 70TH PRECINCT will not pay a Prize based on results recorded anywhere else, including for example in newspapers, winning number telephone lines, or on the Site.
- 70TH PRECINCT won't be required to make any payment against any incorrectly announced number(s) at the Draw.
8. Information about Winners
- When You claim or are paid a prize, you will automatically be deemed to grant to 70TH PRECINCT an irrevocable right to publish, through all types of media broadcasting, including the internet, for the purposes of promoting the win, Your full name (as well as Your nick name), hometown, photograph and video materials without any claim for broadcasting, printing or other rights for a period of up to Thirty-Six months from the date of prize award. 10. Limitation of Liability
Where instructed by the NLRC, 70TH PRECINCT will, or may (in its discretion provided it is acting reasonably), declare that a Stake is defective. In these circumstances, all relevant Entries and all relevant Prizes won will be void and 70TH PRECINCT will either:
- Give You an opportunity to have another Stake of equivalent price; or
- Refund You the amount they paid for the defective Stake.
70TH PRECINCT will decide which of (a) or (b) above shall apply. You do not have the right to cancel a stake, no refunds will be given in any circumstances. No interest will be payable in respect of any refunds made.
If 70TH PRECINCT is fully satisfied after proper and careful enquiries that a cancellation of a Stake was wholly and directly the result of 70TH Precinct's fraud, negligence or error, and that Stake would, but for that cancellation, have been a Winning Stake, then 70TH PRECINCT will not refund the cost of the Stake and 70TH PRECINCT's only liability will be to pay an amount equal to the Prize that You would have been entitled to if the cancellation did not take place.
70TH PRECINCT's only obligation is to pay the Prizes won in any Game to the rightful owners of Winning Entries, or provide a refund in the circumstances set out in these Rules. 70TH PRECINCT will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss of whatever nature other than the non-payment of a Prize or the non-payment of a refund You are entitled to under these Rules. In particular, but without limitation, 70TH PRECINCT will not be liable for any loss of profits, special, indirect or consequential loss, suffered or incurred by You (or any holder or owner of a Stake, any person claiming a Prize during the Claim Period or any other person) that arises out of the withdrawal of any Game or from the participation or non-participation of You or any person in any Game. This includes the loss, for whatever reason, of the chance to participate in that Game.

6. ENTRY DISQUALIFICATION
- 70TH Precinct has the total discretion to refuse, disqualify or accept an entry if in 70TH Precinct's opinion such entry:
- Is not accompanied by the required stake;
- Is not received and accepted in accordance with the laid down rules;
- Is not, or may not be, genuine;
- Is sent in by a person under the age required for the particular means of entry;
- Is made by or on behalf of an employee of 70TH Precinct Limited or anyone acting in concert with such employee; or
- Is received by 70TH Precinct and/or recorded on 70TH Precinct's central computer system after closing time;
- Breaches any of these rules in relation to an entry.
- Any stake received in respect of a disqualified entry will be refunded, or where possible (at 70TH Precinct's discretion), applied in full or in part as an entry on behalf of the relevant customer into the next available game.
- 70TH Precinct may request that any winnings paid on a disqualified entry be repaid to 70TH Precinct and the customer shall promptly make such repayment in the manner specified by 70TH Precinct.
7. MATTERS AFFECTING THE GAME
- A match will stand as shown on the Supa Pools match listing even if:
- It is actually played on a neutral ground; or
- The venue of the match is altered.
- If a match is abandoned, 70TH Precinct will use the score at the time of abandonment as the full-time result. If the match is restarted and completed in its entirety within the applicable game date of the game, 70TH Precinct will use the score declared by the official governing body in respect of such match.
- 70TH Precinct does not consider extra time as part of the match and the score at the end of normal play (including injury time added on by the referee for stoppages) is taken as the final result.
- A match played on the game date between a team listed on the left of the match listing and a team listed against it on the right of the match listing will stand as listed no matter what type of game it is or under whose jurisdiction it is played, unless it is determined to be a void match in accordance with the rules.
- If in any match two teams are listed as alternatives in either the left and/or the right of the match listing, this will mean that the relevant team will be decided by the outcome of a football game played before the game date. This will become a void match if the relevant team is not decided before that game date.
- If any match listed on the match listing is not started on the game date (including, for the avoidance of doubt, where such match is (or is later) cancelled), the pools panel will meet to agree a notional result for full-time in respect of such match, except in the following circumstances (where the relevant match will be declared a void match):
- Any match completed before the game date;
- 70TH Precinct reserves the right to declare a game as void if TFP considers (acting reasonably) that not enough matches are played on the game date to declare a dividend, in which case all stakes will be refunded or, where possible (at TFP's discretion), applied in full or in part as an entry on behalf of the relevant customer into the next game. TFP reserves the right to extend the time for a match to be completed provided this does not unduly hamper the declaration of results and dividends.
- 70TH Precinct reserves the right to withhold winnings and/or to declare any individual entry or game void, or any individual match to be a void match, if it reasonably believes that:
- The integrity of a match has been called into question;
- The pool has, or may have been, manipulated or its integrity has otherwise been called into question; and/or
- Match-rigging has, or may have, taken place.
Such belief may be based on the size, volume or pattern of entries placed across any or all means of entry or any announcement, investigation, instruction or decision made by any competent authority, sports body or other relevant authority or body.
RULE AMENDMENTS
Amendments to any of these rules will be notified online at the website. A customer's continued participation in the game following such notification shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the amended rules.
